Be on time to practice                  Missing or tardiness to practice 

Attention at all times                    Talking or horseplay while instructing 

Full concentration during drill       Inattentive behavior during drills 

Encouraging your teammates           Talking bad about your teammates 

Bring all equipment to practice        Leaving necessary equipment at home

 Be a good wrestling partner            Not working hard when partner is 

Drilling or exercising at all times     Sitting while others are working hard         

Good Sportmanship                        Whining & bickering over results
